This 6 month journey is designed to help you make real life-changing transformation with total support and accountability every step of the way.
Week 1: Divine Power and Subconscious Reprogramming - In this first week, we will explore the concept of divine power and how it relates to personal growth and transformation. You will learn about the power of the subconscious mind and how it influences your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you identify limiting beliefs and energy blockages that may be holding you back, and teach you techniques for subconscious reprogramming to an abundance mindset.
Week 2: Self-Discovery and Inner Work - In week two, we will identify your core values, passions, and purpose in life. You will learn techniques for self-reflection and introspection, and explore your emotions and thoughts to identify patterns and triggers that may be causing you stress or anxiety. You will then learn techniques to help you embody the next levels of yourself.
Week 3: Energy Healing and Release - In week three, we will explore energy healing modalities and how they can support your personal growth and healing. You will learn techniques for identifying and releasing energy blockages, and develop a regular energy healing practice.
Week 4: Limiting Beliefs and Abundance Mindset - In week four, we will work together to identify and reframe any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching the levels of abundance and success that you desire. You will learn techniques for creating a powerful abundance mindset that aligns with your values and purpose. You will also develop an action plan for manifesting abundance in your life.
Week 5: Relationships and Boundaries - In week five, we will identify patterns and behaviors in your relationships that need improvement. You will learn to set healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and discover ways to build strong, positive connections with those around you. You'll gain the confidence and skills to create and maintain healthy relationships in all areas of your life.
Week 6: Integration and Celebration - In our final week together, we will review the progress you have made over the course of the program. We will reflect on your experiences and identify key takeaways. We will spend time discussing how you can continue integrating the skills and practices learned during the program into your daily life. We will celebrate your achievements and provide you with resources for continuing your journey beyond the program.
